WHERE DO YOU SHIP?If you have an address, we will ship to you! We ship everywhere in the world. If it is not a U.S domestic address, you will have to pay the shipping cost. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
At PASH JEWELS, we are determined to ship out your order as soon as possible which usually means same or next day! Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your item ships (1-2 business days) , it usually takes 2-7 business days to get it to you, although we cannot guarantee when it will arrive once it is shipped out, as it is out of our hands. The average time to receive our orders has been 4-6 days from order date, depending where you live (orders ship from N.Y).


TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number.
Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to show on the USPS website.

Please track your packages. Pash Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may/will be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS.

If USPS Tracking confirms that the package has been "Delivered", no refunds will be made.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
*If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you are responsible for the original shipping cost, so please check your shipping address carefully when entering your information.
